The little blue ferries are Granville Island’s original ferry service, trusted and relied upon by both locals and visitors. We operate rain-or-shine, seven days a week, year-round, connecting Granville Island Public Market with 9 different pickup and drop-off locations along False Creek. Our specially-designed little blue ferries have been an iconic sight on the Vancouver waterfront for over 40 years. We aim to provide service that is safe, friendly, and reliable.

Our downtown pickup locations are Sunset Beach (at the foot of Thurlow Street), David Lam Park, Yaletown (the foot of Davie Street), and the Plaza of Nations. Ferries also pick up and drop off at Kitsilano (the Vancouver Maritime Museum), Stamp’s Landing, Spyglass, and the Village.
Riding the ferries is easy. No reservations are requried. Simply walk to the nearest dock, wait down on the platform for the next boat.
